Colin, who is from Canada, becomes a new teacher in the class since David left last week. He studies in the department of Internationl Policy in NCUU and is very ineresting in the culture of Taiwan. He said, teaching is a full-time job for him, being a student is just a part-time job. 

Colin has a good sense of humor, he brings us a different bonhomie from David did. And top of that is he got a pure America's style accent, which is better for listening. Sorry for saying so, David, but it is really eaiser for me. 

Fresh people brings in a fresh look, after a happy course I've already expected the next class.

Last week, there was a new boss joined to our department, who's name is Ma. Few days later, he began to trace states of projects on going and those are plainng to move. The most important thing he cared is that each of leaders in the departmet can handle the projects or not. I totally agreed with that, but is it easy?

Ma claimed us to do our jobs well, not just coding without managing. I can get his point, but how can I just put project development away and focus on management regardless of how much resources we got? That's tough. I mean, sure do I know that my major responsiblity is to manage the stuffs like projects or colleagou, however, if we do not have enough time or human resource to complete a project, maybe it is not a good idea till a new guy is hired.

Resources is a main problem,  I really wanna give Ma a suggestion to hire one man at least  to move projects so that I can concentrate on project management. If we do not have enough budget to do that, taking coding job is the only way to share overload coming from projects. 

Runa is a pretty girl, but she looked updset tonight. Actually,  she often looks upset since I've met her in the first class, so that practing conversation in pair with her makes me so nervous. Although I tried to make a good beginning, her unhappy looks let me feel that I must do something wrong to her . Hmmmm, now I got to pray that she will have a nice emotion in next class,  otherwise I will be unhappy in turn. .

I was so exhausted after leaving the dacing class tonight by 8:40 pm.  Although the teacher sliced up steps into the smaller parts, we still felt  hard to do that smoothly.  Sometimes, I fancies myself  as having a talent for dacing, but the truth is that dacing is so difficut. It almost beats me.

Now I admire Jolin's steps very much. She is so amazing~

Tonight I joined a Business English class in David's English. Before that I did an examine for putting me into  a suitable class. While the examine's result  was shown to me on the screen, it did suprise me because of my listening is much better than my grammer.  Listening to ICRT, I thought, may help me a lot to improve my listening.

Okey, now I got to keep practicing the grammer so that  it will not be far behind my listening.  XD

p.s.  such pool writing skill above may remind me to keep practicing~~~ ^_^|||

過去鮮少有這種把大家全部關一個房間的的測試經驗，整個過程就像書上講的，溝通過程的
確有效率多了，不過人多難免嘴雜，事情的結論就需要花點時間琢磨琢磨。

讓對的人出現在房間內，是開會的最重要的關鍵。測試也是一樣。這週大老闆下令我跟另外
一位同事搬到樓下一間約可塞五個人的小辦公室，然後把經理人、交易員、稽核在恰當的時
間call過來，依照模擬流程測試整個系統的嚴謹度、可用度、跟穩定度。而主角（就是所謂
的關係利害人，Stakeholder）本人就在你面前測試的時候，少了電話的隔閡、多了碎碎念的
操作過程，透過在旁的觀察，經理人實際的操作流程或多或少可以幫助釐清系統設計的盲點，
的確有效的提升了系統優良設計的機率，以及降低大家「意外」的機會。

被捅，不是第一次了，可是，這次真的挺痛的。

一大早來到公司，空調顯然還是沒好，摸摸鼻子心想今天又是個黏膩的辦公情緒。下禮拜三的
Demo壓得心裡很不踏實，該做沒做的一堆、該串的沒串等著發霉，我已經不知道唉了多少聲
嘆息了。貼在OA板上的工作清單能劃一件是一件，現在也只能這樣打算著。

過沒多久，副總把大家找了進去開會，這時候剛好覺得眼睛酸酸的，趁機休息一下也不錯。副總
開場很簡單，大意是說：資訊部答應人家的時程就一定要做到，沒有任何理由拖延，不要到了最
後一天才跟人家說你很忙，沒時間作這個，所以時程就往後拖了。這樣大家合作的誠信就沒了。
我想，恩，本來就是這樣啊，可是為什麼感覺哪裡不太對勁呢？我開始有點懷疑，難道昨天跟
User的閒聊成了今天我「無意間」往下跳的洞？疑竇越來越多，正努力釐清我是否真的著了人家
的道的同時，副總解答了我的疑惑…
